The short version

We collect only what we need to make your garden design and send it to you. Your photo stays private. We don't sell your information, and we don't use ad trackers.

What we collect

Your email address, so we can send you a link to your design.

The photo of your yard, the style you choose, and any wishes you add, plus the design we create from them.

The small amount of technical information the site needs to work, such as the cookie that keeps you signed in and a spam check when you enter your email.

How you use the site, such as which pages you visit and which buttons you click, so we can make it easier to use. This is linked to your account, but never to your email address, and we hide your email and anything you type.

How we use it

To create your design, show it to you, and email you when it's ready.

To send you occasional emails about your designs and new offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

To keep the service safe and fix problems when something goes wrong.

Who can see your photo

Only you, through the link we email you. Your photo and design are stored privately. We look at them only when we need to fix a problem with your design.

Companies that help us

We use a few trusted services to run MyGardenPal. They handle your information only to provide their service to us: Supabase (database and photo storage in the United States), Vercel (website hosting), Trigger.dev (preparing your design in the background), Google Gemini (creating the design from your photo), Resend (sending email), Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection), and PostHog (understanding how people use the site, with data stored in the United States).

How long we keep it

We keep your email, photos, and designs until you ask us to delete them, so you can come back to your designs. Photos from uploads that were never finished are deleted automatically after about a day.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your information, or ask us to delete your email, photos, and designs. Just email us and we'll take care of it. You can stop marketing emails at any time with the unsubscribe link.

Children

MyGardenPal is not meant for children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. If the change is important, we'll let you know by email.
