What MyGardenPal is

MyGardenPal shows you a design idea for your own yard, based on a photo you upload. By using it, you agree to these terms.

A design is an idea to inspire you, not a landscaping plan. It doesn't check whether plants suit your climate or soil, or whether a change follows HOA rules or local regulations. Talk to a local nursery or landscaper before you start, and call 811 before you dig.

Your photos

Upload only photos you took yourself or have the right to use, of property you own or have permission to photograph. Please don't upload photos that show people.

Your photos stay yours. You give us permission to use them only to create and show you your designs.

Your designs

You're free to keep, print, and share your designs for your own home. Designs are created automatically, so they can contain mistakes or details that don't match your yard exactly.

Price

Your first design is free. Each additional design costs $19, paid once. There's no subscription, and you'll always see the price before you pay.

If something goes wrong with a design you paid for, email us and we'll make it right.

Fair use

Please don't misuse the service, for example by trying to get around limits, uploading harmful content, or interfering with how the site works. We may stop access for anyone who does.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep MyGardenPal running well, but we provide it as it is, without guarantees. We're not responsible for decisions or work you do based on a design. If you paid us, our total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update the date above. If the change is important, we'll let you know by email.
